The pristine sandy beach offers swimming and snorkeling right in front of the home. The home has the two master bedroom suits with large bathrooms, walk-in showers, with double sinks.

 

The master suite has a California king-size bed, and the guest bedroom has two queens size beds. It sleeps 6 people and every room has an ocean view. Both bedrooms have AC with many fans through out the home. There is one 1/2 bath outside for guests.

 

There are two large patios. Great home for entertaining family and large parties. The beachfront patio has an Infinity swimming pool with a swim-up bar and hot tub, with spectacular views. The back yard patio has a large built-in BBQ grill and pool table for entertainment.

 

Only a three-minute drive to downtown Los Barriles, or a 15 min walk on the beach to town. There are markets, good restaurants, and many gift shops close by.
